This policy describes how Mechafeed (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit https://mechafeed.com/ (the “Site”).
What we collect
- Contact and newsletter forms — name and email (and message content) you voluntarily submit. Delivered to our inbox via FormSubmit or a provider we configure later.
- Server and hosting logs — standard technical data (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps) collected by our host (e.g. GitHub Pages / Firebase) for delivery and security.
- Analytics and ads (if enabled) — if we add Google Analytics, Plausible, AdSense, or similar, those providers may set cookies or process usage data under their own policies. We will update this page when those tools go live.
How we use information
- Respond to tips, corrections, and partnership requests
- Send newsletter issues if you subscribed
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Comply with law if required
Sharing
We do not sell your email address. We use processors (hosting, form delivery, future email ESP) only to run the Site. FormSubmit and similar tools process submissions according to their terms.

The Site may store a local preference for theme (dark/light) in your browser. Advertising or analytics cookies appear only if we enable those services and, where required, obtain consent.
Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and run the publication. You can ask us to delete a stored email address by contacting us.

Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
